CATS FINGERS is the brainchild of ‘New Bohemian,’ indie singer-songwriter, and bedroom producer Thorsten Jux (57) from Essen., Germany. TJ began writing and producing his first songs at the age of 14, and he has performed with various bands, including a gig at Große Freiheit 36 in front of more than 1000 spectators. After an international career in advertising with stints in Hamburg, London, Düsseldorf, and Prague, TJ now cherishes his independence.
On August 11th, TJ’s latest single ‘Georgie A’ was released, which he recorded and produced entirely on his own.
‘Georgie A’ – an indie pop/rock masterpiece that delves into the highs and lows of fame in the digital realm. This time, TJ, our “New Bohemian” singer-songwriter and founder of Cats Fingers, crafted a unique sound with live recorded Tama drums, a Fender bass & a Gibson LP, meeting a broken “bloody well right” Wurli and an ethereal pan flute.
