Danny Sewards Singing first featured during an episode of ‘Where The Heart Is’. The show was watched by 8 million people . Danny soonafter signed to EMI and released a solo album featuring his own material and cover material from the show. His own song ‘Heart Of A Winner’ was dedicated to the World Boxing Champion ‘Ricky Hatton’, and went on to became the title theme to ‘Ricky Hatton- A Life Story’, the largest selling Sports DVD of 2007.
Danny performed live with Elaine Paige and John Barrowman as a special guest, and played Piano with the BBC Philharmonic orchestra at ‘Birmingham Symphony Hall’ to over 20,000 people. The concert was broadcast live on BBC Radio 2 at Christmas.
Danny also featured singing live on GMTV with ‘Lorraine Kelly’, and on ‘Loose women’ .
Danny has entertained live audiences in his solo shows, and he writes and produces original Music from his home studio.
In 2013 alongside his live work Danny graduated from Salford University with a first class honours degree in Popular Music and Recording.
In July 2017 Danny released a new album titled ‘Uncovered’ , featuring 11 original compositions both written and self produced.
In February 2020 Danny graduated with a masters (MA) in Commercial Songwriting and Production at Tileyard Studios, the largest recording studios in Europe (home to Sigala, Mark Ronson, and Lilly Allen).
