Richly known for his stage name, “Teko Baby”, Alvin Lyons comes from a musical family hailing from Ft. Pierce, Florida. Music was something Alvin was born with, as his father was a famous jazz musician and his mother a chorus teacher. He was only 20 years old when he stepped into the music world as a bona fide musician. So far, he has developed the skills of an ultimate entertainer, singer, actor, and video director into his arsenal.
Teko Baby is widely known for his spellbinding and melodious music that takes his fans on a nostalgic trip of hip-hop music down memory lane. The main driving force behind his art is music composition and he aspires to grasp the art of songwriting which he is destined to conquer . Alvin was part of a prestigious R&B group called Innermission that sang for P Diddy in Atlanta. This paved the path to his music deal in New York where he got to work alongside Mase, DMX, LL Cool J, just to name a few.
Teko was accepted into Morehouse College, but it only took one trip to New York where he decided to pursue a career in music.
