With ANGER MGMT. Switzerland has a new rock trio. As the name suggests: Music is used as an outlet to transform anger into something creative, into energetic songs. The songs of ANGER MGMT. deal with fear in an authentic way, depression, toxic masculinity and tries to change the world with a mixture of alternative rock, grunge & post-punk. The singer Nik Petronijevic has been suffering from a anxiety disorder and depression since his childhood and destigmatises it as a mental health activist on radio, TV, podcasts and on stage.
The three members of the band are truly no strangers to the local rock scene. Nik Petronijevic (Useless), Simon Hirzel (The Shattered Mind Machine) and Daniele Brumana (Megaton Sword, Forlet) form the trio and played their very first concert in the line-up of the Winterthurer Musikfestwochen. More than a dozen shows followed, support slots for several international bands and the Swiss tour support for the German band PABST.
Their song “This Is It” landed on the official Rock Rotation Spotify playlist. The song also was selected at the M4Music Demotape Clinic 2022 as one of the 10 best rock demos in the country.
Their debut album “Anger Is Energy” follows in may 2023 on NOISOLUTION
