We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your marketing campaign will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on the socialwhoop.com website (and its subdomains), by Company employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by the Company regarding how long a marketing campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

Refunds
Since socialwhoop.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is started. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

You can ask to cancel the order for refund only when the order has not started, but if socialwhoop.com has already sent a message that the order has started , canceling the order will not be possible.

Delivery Time
Usually takes from 1 to 20days to complete your order ( everything always depend from the song, genre, from service you will take, etccc but You should start to see results on the 4/6th day. If results do not show then contact us via contact form.

Proof of Delivery
Our team will send you proof of our work at the end of the work, we will send our clients an email with Posts created for the promotion, screenshots with the initial Stats of your song and screenshots with the final Stats of your song.

Third-Party Marketing Campaigns
You may not run other marketing campaigns while your socialwhoop.com marketing campaign is running. We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which other campaigns may interfere with. If you do run other marketing campaigns simultaneously with socialwhoop.com marketing campaign, then you agree that the Company is responsible for every exposure that you gain during the duration of your socialwhoop.com marketing campaign.
