Gucci mane live made his debut in 2005 with the album Trap House, which followed by Hard to Kill in 2006. So, Trap-A-Thon and Back to the Trap House in 2007. Born in 1980 in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1989
he moved with his mother to Atlanta, Georgia. He has been writing poetry since he was a child and at the age of 14 he started rap. In 2001 he published his first recordings. He later came into contact with producer Zaytoven and founded his own label, LaFlare Entertainment.
In 2005 he released his first independent album, entitled Trap House/ So, which contained the song “Icy”, made in collaboration with Young Jeezy. The official remix of “Freaky Gurl” with Ludacris and Lil ‘Kim is included on gucci mane live commercial debut album, Back to the Trap House. Later, he starts working on a different mixtape. He participates in the remixes of “Boom Boom Pow” by the Black Eyed Peas, “Obsessed” by Mariah Carey and “5 Star Chick” by Yo Gotti. He also appears in Mario’s song “Break Up” in 2009, the year in which he collects another sixteen appearances.
In May 2009 he signed a contract with Warner Bros. Records. The State vs. Radric Davis then released under this label on December 8, 2009. The first single “Wasted”, in collaboration with Plies, was originally part of the Guccimania mixtape. With “Wasted” he reached number 36 on the Billboard Hot 100, number 3 on Hot R & B / Hip-Hop Songs and Rap Songs, making it his most successful single to date.
On October 2, 2009 Gucci Mane included at number 6 on MTV’s “Hottest MC In The Game” list.
After being released from prison, gucci mane live stated that he would start and change the name. So, his record label from So Icey Entertainment to 1017 Brick Squad Records. The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted, released on September 28, 2010. The first single of this release “Gucci Time”, with the collaboration of Swizz Beatz. So, it released in urban radios in the United States on August 24, 2010. On March 18, 2011, Gucci released its 10th EP, The Return of Mr. Zone 6, largely produced by Drumma Boy, which debuted at # 18 on the Billboard 200 promotion spotify music. The album also debuted at # 2 on Rap.
Albums Chart and in the eighth of the R & B / Hip-Hop Albums chart. Gucci Mane also released his first collaborative album alongside rapper Waka Flocka Flame, Ferrari Boyz, released on August 5. This time with rapper V-Nasty, called BAYTL and released on December 13th. The album’s first single is “Whip Appeal”, featuring P2theLA.

During the trip to shoot the video of “Push Ups”, a song featuring Slim Dunkin. The latter had an argument with another person who shot him , dying in the recording studio in Atlanta. On February 5, 2012, Gucci Mane released the Trap Back mixtape. The mixtape includes several collaborations from other rappers including Yo Gotti, Rocko, Waka Flocka Flame. Jadakiss, 2 Chainz, and Future, the latter three recently appearing on Young Jeezy’s third album: Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition. The music videos were shot for the songs “Quiet”, “Face Card”, “In Love With a White Girl” with Yo Gotti, “Chicken Room”. So, with Rocko, the title track and “Sometimes”, with Future. Trap Back has received positive reviews so far: a 7.8 from Pitchfork, a 7.5 from AllHipHop, and an “L” from XXL.
On May 25, 2012, Gucci Mane released another mixtape, I’m Up. Music videos released for the songs “Supa Cocky”, “Kansas” with Jim Jones, “Wish You Would” with Verse Simmonds, and “Too Damn Sexy” with Jeremih. Gucci Mane later released another mixtape, “Trap God”, which released on October 17, 2012. The mixtape included some features from Waka Flocka Flame’s Brick Squad album. Also in this mixtape there are several collaborations from different rappers including Rick Ross, Future, Meek Mill and Birdman. On September 13, 2012, Gucci appeared on the Waka Flocka Flame mixtape, Salute Me Or Shoot Me 4, in two songs Promote on youtube.

On May 26, 2016, Gucci Mane released from prison five months early. The next day, Gucci released the single First Day Out Tha Feds under its new record label, Atlantic Records. On June 3, 2016, Gucci appeared on Champions, the first single from GOOD Music’s new album, Cruel Winter. On June 17, 2016, the rapper gave his first performance at the Elan Mansion nightclub in Atlanta since he released from prison.
June 25, 2016, Gucci announced its ninth studio album Everybody Looking, released on July 22 of the same year. The next day he did a “Gucci & Friends” concert at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. During the evening there were the participation of Fetty Wap, 2 Chainz, Future and Drake.
In September 2016,gucci mane live teamed up with Rae Sremmurd on the single Black Beatles, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in November 2016. The song was described by Billboard as “… [the] most unexpected. high commercial point of Gucci … “. The song stayed at # 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 7 non-consecutive weeks between November 2016 and January 2017.
On October 14th he released Woptober and released a side project called Free Bricks 2 with Future. His tenth studio album, The Return of East Atlanta Santa released on December 16, 2016. Also in December he collaborated with Rick Ross. And 2 Chainz on Buy Back the Block and with Chris Brown and Usher in Party
In January 2017 he collaborated with 2 Chainz and Quavo on the song Good Drank, while in April he collaborated with the Italian group The Kolors on the single What Happened Last Night. In October 2017 he collaborates with Lil Pump on the song “Youngest Flexer”.
