I totally understand what you are saying about changing your focus when you are feeling low. Walks, going someplace or just driving around really help me. Reading or starting a new project also help.

Beautiful park. I go to my local park a lot to get out and get a breather and take pictures as well. God bless you and your family and stay safe and careful. You are loved abundantly!!

I love walking down memory lane whenever you get the chance. My wife and I sometimes visit the parks where we met or the parks… unfortunately, one of the parks is now a building, but it's so surreal to go and visit and can't walk our path on our first date since there's a building there. Or I like to visit my mom's and still feel that secure, safe feeling even if it's no longer my room, but I visit with my kids. It's so relaxing.
