Born Joseph C. Hall an Inspirational Hip-Hop Artist whose God-Fearing voice is crying out from the wilderness of sin into the urban streets. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas. Joe Empire moved to Los Angeles, California at an impressionable age of 12. He attended Horace Mann Jr. High and Crenshaw High School. It was there he would meet and forge a lasting relationship with Kevin Battlecat Gilliam, an accomplished music producer whose credits includes: Snoop Dogg, The Game, and Xzibit, and a multitude of others, who inspired and influenced Joe Empire’s decision to pursue a career in the music industry. A former artist on Death Row Records, with songs You Bring the Dog Out in Me. With his then group; Rhythm and Knowledge, he went on to record a single with Battlecat Gilliam in 1995 Gumbo Roots album, Just the way I live on Mavericks Records. This Hip-Hop Artist dedicated his life to God and uses his God-given talents to spread a message of love, hope, forgiveness and Redemption. “This music industry lead me down some dark paths,” says the known enlighten rapper. He asked the Father what it was that he was put on this earth to do, and how he could serve him. Yahweh answered and said “do for me what you did for the world”.
